Shipping Info:

We offer USPS or UPS shipping options on all U.S/Domestic purchases, pre-tax if applicable. 

For Canada and Mexico, we use USPS, UPS and DHL services.

For International orders (non Canada/Mexico), we use USPS, UPS and DHL services.

Shipping is both weight and cart total based, and shipping charges will be automatically calculated on your order upon checkout if applicable. We include the weight of each item on every individual product page.

All orders will be shipped out of Somersworth NH, USA. Free shipping for orders above $100 USD to anywhere in the U.S (including Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited shipping options for select locations available upon request. 

Timing:

Barring any sudden setbacks, we will ship your items within 48 hours of receiving the completed order. We will process and fulfill all orders placed by 12:00pm EST on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed and fulfilled the next day.

All orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, barring unforeseen circumstances or instances when we are unavailable to pick and pack your order. (We promise this won't happen often or for extended periods of time, and we will do our best to give ample notice prior to these instances).
