Here at Terracea, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with anything you order from us. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, we will work with you to either replace your products or refund your money.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our CONTACT US page and complete the web form (provide your Order Number and include all vital details in the Message section). We encourage you to read the information below regarding our exchange and return policies.

We accept items for return & will offer a refund within 30 days upon delivery of your order. 

Returned items must be in original condition – they should be unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. The packing slip and order confirmation that accompanied your order should be included with your returned items.

For Domestic/U.S orders, we will provide a return label to you to ship the item back to us (either to our Seabrook NH warehouse or our Cicero IL warehouse) - Please note that return shipments may take up to 10 business days. For International Orders, customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item back to Terracea.   

Once we have received the items and determined them to be in original condition, we will issue a full refund to the original credit card or processing service used for payment. Refunds may take several days to process so please bear with us during that time. 

We designed our products to be highly durable and to stand the test of time. Unfortunately, materials and construction defects do sometimes occur during the manufacturing process. If you would like to return an item due to materials, construction or manufacturing defects, we will do everything we can to fix the issue and ensure your full satisfaction.

Please note that if you wish to return or exchange a defective item, and it is determined that the item is eligible for return or exchange, you will not receive the defective item back.

Normal Wear & Tear

We will evaluate any defective item returned to determine whether it is eligible for return or exchange. Please note that after  180 days upon order delivery, we consider damage to our products to have come as a result of normal wear and tear from regular intended usage. This includes but is not limited to worn down or torn fabrics, frayed velcro, and broken zippers. 

Exchanges/Refunds - Defective Items

If the item is determined to be defective and it is returned within 90 days of order delivery then we will offer an exchange of equal or lesser value OR a full refund. If you opt for a refund, we will issue the full payment amount to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds may take several days to process so please bear with us during that time. 

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order can be automatically cancelled by our payment processing system. While this can be frustrating, order cancellations are intended as measures of protection. You will not be billed for any cancelled orders. Orders can be cancelled for various reasons, including:

    > Item(s) are no longer available
    > Difficulty in processing your payment information
    > Inability to ship to address provided
    > Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation and we will work directly with you to resolve the issue.

Items purchased at full retail price are eligible for price adjustments up to 10 days following the date of purchase. If you have purchased an item that qualifies for a price adjustment, please visit the CONTACT US page and complete the web form (include your Order Number and provide all vital information in the Message section). Items that are purchased below retail price are not eligible for price adjustments.
